    Kaduna Gov, Uba Sani Gives Minister Of Environment’s Son’s Hand In Marriage

    Governor of Kaduna State, Senator, Uba Sani stood in for the Minister of Environment, Balarabe Abbas Lawal during the wedding Fatiha of the Minister’s Son, Adam Abbas Lawal who wedded Halima Salisu Abdulsalam.

    Director, Information and Public Relations in the Federal Ministry of Environment, Ibrahim Haruna disclosed this in a statement.

    The wedding Fatiha, held on Saturday, at Sheikh Abubakar Mahmud Gumi Jumma’at Masjid, Kofan Gayan Low-Cost, Zaria, Kaduna State.

    The wedding was attended by dignitaries, including members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), Federal and State Lawmakers, Permanent Secretaries, Directors, and CEOs of Federal and State Agencies, captains of Industries, among others.

    These included: Speaker House of Representatives, Right Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, and Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Right Hon. Yusuf Liman.

    The Groom’s father who is the current Minister of Environment, Balarabe Abbas Lawal, was accompanied by the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Muhammad Idris, Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh and the Minister of State for Works, Barr. Bello Goronyo.

    Also in attendance were Mahmud Adam Kambari, the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Environment, his counterparts, Olubunmi Olusanya from the Ministry of Youth Development, as well as Muhammad Sanusi Danjuma, who represented the Secretary to the Government of Federation (SGF) Senator George Akume.

    All the guests at the wedding ceremony rejoiced with the Minister of Environment and his family and wished the couples, blissful, successful married life and Allah’s blessings.
