The Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-governmental Affairs has postponed its upcoming conference for stakeholders in Local government administration.
A statement signed on Wednesday by the Ministry’s Head, Press & Public Relations, Anastasia Ogbonna said that the postponement was due to unforeseen circumstances.
The statement said that the Minister, Zaphaniah Jisalo regretted the inconvenience caused by the postponement.
A new date is to be communicated to all concerned.
The Annual Conference which is usually for key stakeholders and government officials involved in local government administration, aimed to address critical national issues, with a view that effective governance extends to grassroots level.
