    Gov. Bala Mohammed Thanks Police For A Peaceful Bauchi

    Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Mohammed on Friday, commended the Nigeria Police Force for its commitment to the maintenance of peace and unity in his State.
    On his Twitter handle, @SenBalaMohammed, the governor gave the commendation when he received the Assistant Inspector General of Police Zone 12, Alabi Sylvester Abiodun who visited him at the Government House.
    Governor Mohammed said that his administration was committed to continued collaboration with security agencies to ensure Bauchi citizens were protected in addition to providing the citizenry with dividends of democracy.
    In a recent posting of Senior Police Officers, the Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba assigned AIG Sylvester Abiodun Alabi, as the AIG Zone 12, Bauchi.
    Before his recent posting, Alabi was Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command.

    @SenBalaMohammed wrote: “Yesterday, I received AIG Alabi Sylvester Abiodun at the government house, Bauchi, where I commended the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to the maintenance of peace and unity in Bauchi state and Nigeria.

    “I also reiterated my administration’s commitment to continue to collaborate with security agencies to ensure citizens are protected in addition to providing the citizenry with dividends of democracy. #NewBauchi“.
