The Katsina Police Command on Tuesday said that it had arrested a notorious serial rapist and armed robbery suspect who had been terrorising the State.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Command, SP Gambo Isah said this in a tweet on his Twitter handle, @IsahGambo.
The PPRO said that the suspect specialised in attacking married women in their homes, raping and robbing them of their belongings.
@IsahGambo wrote: “Katsina State Police Command also arrested a serial rapist and armed robbery, who specializes in attacking married women in their houses, raping and robbing them of their belongings.”
The suspect was paraded before newsmen and recorded on video.
The PPRO however, did not give out his name to members of the Press.
