The Ministry of Environment hosted the National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP) on a courtesy visit to the Minister, Malam Balarabe Abbas Lawal today.

The primary objective was to brief the Minister on the Nigeria NPAP and its notable achievements thus far.

The NPAP, with its noble goals, was dedicated to eliminating plastic waste, fostering a circular economy for plastic, reducing plastic leakage into land and water environments, and addressing the broader challenge of plastic waste and pollution.

This collaboration stood as a testament to the Federal Government’s commitment to environmental sustainability, paving the way for a cleaner and greener Nigeria.
