Again, while as the Military Governor of the old Bendel State and later the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, he showed commitment to nation building and development combined with rare blend of firmness and compassion.

General Musa also described late General Useni as a philanthropic person and devoted Christian who lived by the principles of love, humility and service to humanity.

He therefore used the opportunity to extend his deepest condolences to the late General Useni family, Armed Forces of Nigeria and entire Good people of Plateau State.

He equally called for the remarkable life of the late General to be celebrated and his memory and legacy be honoured.
