    CAC Discontinues Manual Submission Of Winding-Up, Receivership

    Starting from August 7, 2023, the Corporate Affairs Commission, (CAC) will no longer accept submission of winding-up processes and dissolution of Companies, appointments of receiver and discharge of receiver, and Companies voluntary arrangement, (CVA), Administration and netting applications except through the Companies Registration Portal, (CRP).

    The CAC’s management said this in a statement signed on Wednesday titled:
    Public notice on discontinuance of manual submission for winding up, receivership.

    CAC said: “Consequently, the Commission will not accept any manual or email submission in respect of the above which have been fully deployed and active on the CRP.”
