    Authority Newspaper’s Stellamaries Amuwa Bags Media Personality Award 2024

    It was indeed a night of glamour and glitz as the Nigeria Epitome Merit Award, honoured Authority Newspapers’ Correspondent, Stellamaries Amuwa, as Media Personality of the year 2024.

    According to the organizers, the Nigeria Epitome Merit Award was initiated to recognize and celebrate individuals who embody excellence, innovation, and positive impact within their respective fields.

    The idea was born out of a desire to honor excellence and inspire others to strive for greatness.

    Stellamaries is considered merit worthy for her selfless humanitarian services and as such awarded ‘Media Personality of the Year, 2024’.

    The Chief Executive Officer, Miss Epitome Universe and founder Nigeria Epitome Merit Award(NEMA), Faith Ojone Sani reiterated that by highlighting the achievements of outstanding Nigerians, the award aims to promote a culture of meritocracy and serve as a beacon of hope for the nation’s future.

    Ojone said: “The journey towards achieving an epitome merit award is marked by several hurdles, which include intense competition from other highly qualified candidates.

    “The need to consistently demonstrate exceptional performance or achievements, overcoming personal or professional challenges, navigating biases or prejudices in the selection process, and the requirement to continuously improve and excel in one’s field to remain competitive.”

    Meanwhile, the awardee expressed gratitude to the Almighty God for the recognition and award, noting that she was only doing what she can under her capacity to add value to humanity.

    Stellamaries said: “This award will certainly spur me to do more for humanity, giving back to the society that made you is not about how much you have but the heart to give.

    “When we do our bit, we make the world a better place for all of us.

    “I pledge to channel more energy towards humanitarian services no matter how little.”

    Highlight of the event was a beauty pageants, where 3 finalists emerged.

    Agi Dorcas Obiche as Miss Adamawa the Face of IVANA became the 2nd runner up, while Deborah Samari as Miss Imo is the 1st runner up and MEU top model 2024.

    The winner of Miss Epitome Universe 2024 is Jemkur Chalnan Bernice, Miss Plateau State.

    Meanwhile, an Abuja based Comedian, Gospel Alhaji was on ground thrilling the audience with hilarious comedies
