Dele Oyewale, EFCC’s Head, Media & Publicity disclosed this in a statement signed on Sunday. They were arrested on Sunday, August 10, 2025 in a sting operation in Abeokuta, Ogun State, following credible intelligence about their suspected involvement in internet crimes. Upon their arrest, 18 vehicles and mobile devices were recovered from them. The suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.

Dele Oyewale, EFCC’s Head Media and Publicity disclosed this in a statement signed on Saturday. The suspect was arrested alongside 55 others at K- Hotel in Itori, Ewekoro area of Ogun State on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 following reliable intelligence on his alleged fraudulent and criminal activities.
