    NIHSA Alerts On Rising Water Level Along River Niger, Warns Communities To Relocate, Clear Their Waterways

    The Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency (NIHSA), has affirmed that there is a continuous increase in the Water Level between Thursday 19th -Tuesday 24th September, 2024, along the River Niger.

    NIHSA however maintained that the Agency is in synergy with the authorities and management of Kainji and Jebba Dams.

    The Agency advised that citizens and communities along the River Niger, should heed to warning, keep away from flood plains and clear their water Ways.
