The National Emergency Management Agency, (NEMA) on Tuesday, held a sensitization workshop for its Directorate Staff on SERVICOM, aligning with the Federal Government’s Service Charter.
Director General of NEMA, Mustapha Habib Ahmed emphasized the significance of the workshop.
Ahmed described the NEMA SERVICOM Service Charter as a crucial document outlining the organization’s commitment to delivering efficient emergency management services.
The DG highlighted the workshop’s role in enhancing the Directorate cadre’s awareness and understanding of the Charter, ultimately strengthening their ability to provide dedicated and professional services during emergencies.
The National Coordinator of SERVICOM, Nnenna Akajemeli further enlightened participants on the responsibilities for quality service delivery.
A one minute silence was observed during the proceeding in honour of the late Head of SERVICOM unit of NEMA, Deputy Director, Ado Sanusi who died recently.
