The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, received a courtesy call from the Technical Committee on Integrated Solution for the Enhancement of Security in Northern Nigeria, led by the Minister of Defense, H.E. Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, who was represented by Maj. Gen. A.T. Jibrin (Rtd).
The meeting discussed the evaluation of the preparedness of all security agencies within the Nigerian security architecture to combat security issues in the North.
The IGP emphasized the need for fair and equitable representation of various organizations and agencies, highlighting the importance of balanced collaboration to address the security challenges in the region effectively.
