The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has launched its service charter in a presentation to the public.

The Registrar General/CEO of the Corporate Affairs Commission, Alhaji Garba Abubukar, presented the Service Charter to the public on Wednesday in Abuja.

He said that the charter was intended to create awareness among CAC stakeholders about how to access its services, complaints procedures, and customer obligations.

The Registrar General said that the Commission had continuously engaged its customers with a view to improving service delivery.

He therefore enjoined stakeholders to familiarize themselves with the contents of the Charter.

Abubakar said that the CAC was committed to providing prompt and efficient service in line with global best practices.

The National Coordinator/CEO of Servicom, Nnena Akajemeli, in a remark commended the milestone achievement recorded by the Commission and therefore charged other agencies to emulate the good example.

Represented by Ngozi Akinbodewa, the SERVICOM Scribe enjoined CAC Customers to utilize the opportunity provided by the Charter.

She commended the CAC for being among the top government agencies providing prompt and efficient service delivery to customers, even amidst some challenges.
