Federal High Court Abuja presided over by Justice J.O. Abdulmalik has dismissed the Adekunle Rufai Omoaje’s Ondo Governorship pre-election suit challenging Chief Barr. Kenneth Udeze’s leadership conducted primaries.
The Court warned Mr. Omoaje to desist from deceiving the public as the issue of who remains the authentic National Chairman of Action Alliance (AA) has been settled by the Appellate Court.
Mr. Omoaje was also warned to stop forum shopping for judgements or otherwise go and look for another party to join or register another party .
