Zone 5 Headquarters, Benin City under the leadership of the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, AIG. Arungwa Nwazue, have declared the aforementioned Christopher Nduka Odiakose, Leonard Happy Aka Tilome wanted in a case of Murder and Conspiracy to commit Murder, which occurred on 24th December, 2024, in Otulu, Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State.
Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tijani A. Momoh, disclosed this on Monday in a statement signed for the Assistant Inspector-General Of Police, Zone 5 Headquarters, Benin City.
To this effect, a warrant for apprehension was duly obtained from the relevant authority, as well as a motion exparte filed in the High Court of Justice, Edo State, as well as section 4 of the Police Act 2020 as amended.
The statement said: “The suspects are part of a terror group that has been terrorizing Otulu, Ogwashi-Uku, causing serious crisis within the community.
“If seen, they are to be arrested and handed over to the nearest Police station or to the office of the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone 5 Headquarters, Benin City, or call the designated Police hotlines.
“A handsome reward of Five hundred thousand Naira awaits any person or group of persons, who provides useful information leading to the arrest of any of the wanted persons.
“The general public is advised to exercise caution and not to engage the suspects directly, as they may be armed and dangerous.”
