    JTF Theatre Commander Urges Troops To Maintain Information Security During Operations

    The Theatre Commander, Joint Task Force North West, Operation Fansan Yamma, Major General Oluyinka Olalekan Soyele, has called on troops to adhere strictly to information security and avoid communicating with the enemy under any circumstances.

    He made the call during a Christmas lunch organized for the troops in Gusau, Zamfara State.

    The Coordinator, Joint Media Coordination Centre of
    Operation Fansan Yamma, Lt. Col Abubakar Abdullahi disclosed this in a statement signed on Wednesday.

    Maj Gen Soyele praised the troops for their recent achievements, highlighting their operational successes in the theatre.

    He acknowledged the resilience and dedication they have shown amidst challenging conditions and recognized their essential role in restoring stability and peace to the theatre.

    Reflecting on the past year’s operations, the Theatre Commander encouraged the troops to renew their vigor and commitment as they move into the new year.

    He emphasized the importance of adaptability and responsiveness to evolving challenges, urging the troops to use their experiences and lessons from the past year to improve future operations.

    Gen Soyele expressed his gratitude for the troops’ dedication and professionalism, assuring them of continued support.

    He encouraged them to maintain the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

    The Christmas lunch provided an opportunity for the Theatre Commander to emphasize the significance of discretion and vigilance during operations, underlining the importance of protecting sensitive information.

    The event not only celebrated the festive season but also reinforced camaraderie and unity among the troops.
